saturday_am_80sHeathcliff (aka "The Poor Man's Garfield") had a pretty good run on Saturday mornings in the 80's, this is the fan page dedicated to the programming block that he shared with "Dingbat", a vampire dog (not as cool as it sounds).

Date: 2011-08-05 07:33 pm (UTC)Indeed, as we now want more realism or, frankly, we've just become too jaded as a culture. I could never imagine this airing without being mocked ruthlessly. Some shows, I don't mind the serious ness, but others, I don't mind the cartoon skeleton with the plunger on his head, you know?
