After a bit of extensive testing by the staff here at the 1980's Saturday Morning Historical Reenactment & Preservation Society Institute, we have determined that LiveStream.com is going to be a perfect venue for our historical reenactment watch-along! No annoying pop-ups, no YouTube glitches, no "Sync" - Just one URL and you'll instantly be on the same moment of cartoons as all the other viewers across the world! Even on mobile devices (according to their website)!

There's even an integrated chat! No more popping over from one tab to another!

Follow this link to get your account set up right away and join us Saturday morning! Links will still be posted every half-hour here on our LJ, and you can feel free to share the link as much as you like!

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT TO BE A PART OF 1980'S SATURDAY MORNING REENACTMENT, RECREATION AND PRESERVATION HISTORY!!!

Livestream is full of suckage. I tried to create an account three times already. It won't let me successfully do so. :(

They had a pretty quick turnaround on my ticket.

Here's what I figured out. The link they send you to complete your registration doesn't always work the first time. Copy it and paste it into the address bar and keep using it until you get the little popup asking for your name and password.

I love that it has a Live button you can click to catch up to the live stream. ^_^ You'll actually be able to sit back and relax while watching and not have to worry about whether or not you're caught up.

If you are like me and want to keep your laptop in your lap for chatting and have your TV connected as a second monitor for watching, you can click the Pop Out button for the video, move it to the TV side of the desktop, and then click the Full Screen button. Then you still have the chat on the original window on your laptop screen.
