Is it wrong to want to automatically veto anything with Scrappy?

Poor Scrappy... he's much easier to swallow as a character if you assume that he's a terminal "Special Needs" kid getting his Make-A-Wish Foundation dream of teaming up with Scooby-Doo. "Tah-tah-tah-TAAAAH! PUPPY POWER!" That's right, little guy...*sniffle*... you go get 'em *sob*... poor kid only has a month left according to the Doc :(

The fact that he made it all the way to the late-80's before he... left us *sniffle*... it's kind of inspirational!
