1980's Saturday Morning Watch-Along ERROR

Don't be fooled by the questions in that last poll; THE NEXT SATURDAY MORNING REENACTMENT STARTS AT 7AM, NOT 6!!!
If you show up at 6am, you'll be sorely disappointed!
As an apology, please accept this delightful commercial for Saturday Morning Christmas from the 1980's :)
THE WAY IT WILL WORK: Come here to the LiveJournal Community Page at around 6:30 or so on Saturday morning, where you will find a special SATURDAY MORNING WATCH-ALONG post with links to the YouTube channel and the Chat Room that we'll be using. Click over to the chatroom and sign in, say hi... then go over to the YouTube link and get it all cued up and buffering, but PAUSE IT! At exactly 7am we'll yell (via the chatroom to start watching and there we go! All on the same show at the same time, enjoying and chatting and loving every minute of it :)
Every half-hour there will be a new link posted in the LJ community for latecomers, and we'll post "SYNCH" as each new video half-hour starts so that everyone can be sure that they're at the exact same point in the viewing experience :)
WHY NOT JUST BUY THE DVD AND WATCH IT ON MY OWN WITHOUT COMMERCIALS? Because we're trying to recapture the magic of Saturday Morning in the 1980's, back when you couldn't pause or fast forward or rewind or skip the boring episodes. You had to prioritize your morning; Can I skip this episode of Ghostbusters so I can go poop, or hold it till Bugs Bunny is on? Should I miss the first part of Garfield so I can make pancakes, or just grab a quick bowl of cereal during the commercials? Do I have time to go get my Legos before Gummi Bears starts?
Saturday Morning should be all about mindless entertainment, sure, but it's also about making decisions. In our modern world of full season DVDs, DVR's that let us skip commercials and Wiki articles that let us get the general idea of an entire show at once, it's nice to step back in time and remember that it wasn't too awfully long ago that we didn't have all those options :)
