They showed reruns of the 1980's Space Ghost and Herculoids on the wee-early AM hours of Cartoon Network before Adult Swim became a thing, is that what you're talking about? They played all sorts of awesome cartoons from like 2am till 5am for a while, maybe that's what you're talking about?
