LOL okay, so it's a story about some alien kids and their blue space-monkey with an elastic tale, one turns in to any animal she can think of and the other turns in to any water-based thing he can think of - you're okay with that part. No problem accepting that, shape-changing alien kids often pair well with blue space monkey, that's acceptable. But the breaking point for you, the point where you could no longer suspend your disbelief, was when the bucket showed up? THAT'S where your brain said "Oh now COME ON, this is HARDLY believable at THIS point"?
