If you love the D&D Caretoon (as I do) and you travel in certain nerdy circles (as I do), search out and purchase and obsess over the 1980's comic book "The Realm". It was like... like you know how TV adaptations always end up skewing away from the original book that the show was based on till it's more like an "Inspired By" type of thing? Like how the movie Starship Troopers has very little to do with the novel Starship Troopers yet both are awesome in their own ways? The D&D Cartoon is the Starship Troopers MOVIE, The Realm is the Starship Troopers BOOK. Hard to find, though... good luck!
