I have to admit: in my youth I lived by the rule of 'if it's on TV, it must be new'! As far as I was concerned, in the pre-imdb days, everything was 80s. Why I don't know. I watched the really old stuff, like the original Iron Man and Thor, both of which contained very basic animation. For me, that was just a different style.
Preparing a list of shows now. Also, to this day, I am flabbergasted by how old 'Lady and the Tramp' is. Such high quality animation... from the 50s??? To be continued.
