Friday Night Watch-Along Poll: Whatcha Eatin'?

As we all know, BREAKFAST CEREAL is the Official Breakfast Food of the 1980's Saturday Morning Preservation & Reenactment Society (and it's never to too late to go vote for your favorite Character, Healthy or Legendary Sugary cereal), but tomorrow night we're doing something different; we're doing a FRIDAY NIGHT PRIME-TIME WATCH-ALONG FROM 6:30 TILL 9:00! That's PRIME-TIME folks... that's DINNER TIME! Cereal, although a wonderful treat and an essential part of any balanced breakfast, is just kind of out of place!

So I don't know about *you*, but I'm planning on eating something like I would have enjoyed back in the 80's! Anybody else?

Probably some mac & cheese (no hot dogs, never liked it that way) and snacking on retro cereal. Considering Cap'n Crunch, because it's self-limiting. You have to stop eventually or it will scratch the roof of your mouth too much.

Pop Tarts were my food of choice last time. Turned out to be too much sugar.

Oooh! Get the Crunch with Crunchberries for variety. We could pick up a cereal to add to it, like Cookie Crisp or Cocoa Puffs. I'm thinking of getting some Otter Pops or other popsicles, too.

Pizza! Pizza! Little Ceasars. And don't forget the breadsticks.

I'm still not sure if it was just me getting more discerning or if Little Caesar pizza got worse over the years. Or maybe a little of both. Either way, I can't make myself eat it anymore.

Because I'm one of those veggie people now, I'm not able to have the nugget type things I loved so much as a kid but I'm gonna have the non-meat version so I can join in spirit! :D
