Saturday Morning Line-Up

As promised, here is the line-up for tomorrow morning's watch-along! If you'd rather be surprised, don't click below!

Along with our regularly scheduled programming, there will of course be all of the commercials and a chat to go along with it all! Tonight would be a good time to go and get some Cap'n Crunch or some Pop Tarts, it's going to be a LONG morning :)

Oh, and don't forget that that you can join in at any time during the watch-along with our "Synch Points" every half-hour :)

10:30 - Pound Puppies
11:00 - Pee Wee's Playhouse
11:30 - Star Wars Ewoks
12:00 - Alvin & The Chipmunks
12:30 - Hulk Hogan's Rock N' Wrestling

Only two shows return from our last watch-along, The Chipmunks and Pee Wee's Playhouse. Also, the line-up looks a bit naked without any Smurfs in it but this is an experiment to see if a Saturday Morning Reenactment can survive without Smurfs :)

Pound Puppies! Oh gosh, I had the videos and the stuffed puppies when I was a kid. And watched The Real Ghostbusters religiously. :D

I'll try to get to the second half. Got a Santa Claus Pancake Breakfast in the morning to work at. Ya'll have fun in the morning!

I shall do my best to be there for The Real Ghostbusters. In my time zone of Central Standard Time, I think it would mean getting up at 5 AM or earlier if I wanted to see Disney's Adventures of The Gummi Bears.

actually central is two hours ahead of pacific. So 6am their time is 8am our time. :)

You're lucky. It's easier on you, being that we don't start until 8AM CST. It'll be 6AM CST for me, and I have to be up early enough to greet people in the chat room.

The best part of being a grown up in all this? I get to have Irish coffee with my Pop Tart tomorrow morning. XD

I was pleased to hear that--but then I was unlucky enough to have Comcast die on everyone in the area, from 8 AM, until just a few minutes ago. Ah, well. Maybe next time.

The Smurfs had a Christmas episode and two specials. The Christmas episode was a bit problematic in that it aired three seasons prior to the season we're watching, and the Christmas specials didn't actually air on Saturday mornings, not to mention the first one was even older (1982) and the second one was from 1987, which might have been okay, but it has an entirely different intro and credits than its series counterpart.

Score! I've been meaning to watch Wildfire I heard from a very reliable source that it's a must see. Must be up by then...*debating setting alarm*

It's the first ep, too! I found all but my first Wildfire DVD. I was the one who originally had them transferred off an old VHS tape to DVD, ripped them from DVD, and put them online, several years ago. Now I can't find one of my DVDs. :( It's worth seeing.

I missed the last time around so I hope to be there this time... not sure if I'll get to do the chat but I'm hoping to cuddle with the kiddos around the computer in the morning so they can experience a Saturday morning like mommy had...♥
