Scrappy-DON'T Nominations

Please comment with your nominations for most hated supporting character in a 1980's cartoon series, aka a "Scrappy-DON'T" (named for the most hated of all animated supporting characters, Scrappy-Doo).
So far the short list includes Scrappy-Doo, Godzookie, Azrael the Cat, Dollar the Dog, Baby Plas and Gleek The Space-Monkey.

Didn't mind Azrael or Dollar. Gleek was annoying. So was Snarf.

Gleek was mildly annoying.

The character like this that I would personally add is Loo-Kee, that annoying thing with blue hair and the annoying voice that told the morals at the end of every episode of She-Ra. It would "hide" in the background of the episode then at the end ask if we had "found him today", then give us some dorky PSA about being ourselves or reading a good book or telling our parents if we did something wrong. He served NO purpose, since She-Ra or other characters from the show could easily have done the same thing, sans the stupid hiding thing. So Loo-Kee gets my vote.
