I had NO IDEA! I always assumed that Lisa Frank was the collective term used to refer to the group of Chinese graphic artists and child psychologist and marketing experts that cranked out idea after idea that usually ended with "That sounds great, but how about we airbrush it and put it over a blue glowing 3-D computer grid in outer-space?"
